Kick Off Event: Songkhla, Creative City of Gastronomy
The company successfully organized the Kick Off event for the “Songkhla City of Gastronomy” on June 6, 2026, at Area 36, Mueang District, Songkhla Province.
We were highly honored to have นายรัฐศาสตร์ ชิดชู, Governor of Songkhla Province, graciously preside over the official opening ceremony. The event was well-attended by executives from the public and private sectors, esteemed experts, community networks, and distinguished guests from various sectors.
The event space was appropriately and beautifully decorated, fully equipped for the ceremony. A special highlight was the debut of the mascot, “น้องขนมบอก” (Nong Khanom Bok), which represents Songkhla’s iconic traditional dessert. This mascot helped establish a unique cultural identity and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, vibrant photo zones and creative opening gimmicks were organized to promote the city’s image and raise public awareness of Songkhla’s journey as a Creative City of Gastronomy.
Exclusive Culinary Demonstrations
To reflect the province’s gastronomic potential and elevate local ingredients to international standards, two renowned chefs were invited to demonstrate their culinary skills using Songkhla’s authentic local ingredients:
- International-Level Chef: เชฟพฤกษ์ (นายพฤกษ์ สัมพันธวรบุตร) – Iron Chef Thailand
- National-Level Chef: เชฟซีตรอง (นายวลาสุระ ณ ลำปาง) – MasterChef Thailand Season 6 (Thai Cuisine)
